Hello !

A girl who leads a virtual and philosophical life.
She has a wise goat in her brain who takes a walk in a new quadrant of the globe everyday .
When back home from its grazing path it shares her heart with the girl whom she confides in.
The girl listens to her , gets poetic sometimes.
Someday she feels rather very informed when she gets to know about the technological advances.
Sometimes lands herself in a jigsaw situation.
Sometimes she is rather bewildered yet confident.
Spriritual sometimes , rather emotional sometimes!

Dealing with the manipulators And OCDs

Heyloooo!
It's not easy when you’re on the receiving end of aggression.

I took little excerpts from a psychology magazine. I hope this helps!

The manipulator deliberately creates an imbalance of power, and exploits the victim to serve his or her agenda. With the intention to seize power, control, benefits, and privileges at the victim’s expense.

One way :

One way to detect a manipulator is to see if a person acts with different faces in front of different people and in different situations. While all of us have a degree of this type of social differentiation, some psychological manipulators tend to habitually dwell in extremes, being highly polite to one individual and completely rude to another—or totally helpless one moment and fiercely aggressive the next.

Keep distance :

When you observe this type of behavior from an individual on a regular basis, keep a healthy distance, and avoid engaging with the person unless you absolutely have to.

manipulation are complex and deep-seated. It is not your job to change or save them.

Self check :

  • Am I being treated with genuine respect?
  • Are this person’s expectations and demands of me reasonable?
  • Is the giving in this relationship primarily one way or two ways?
  • Ultimately, do I feel good about myself in this relationship?

Your answers to these questions give you important clues about whether the “problem” in the relationship is with you or the other person.

Self HELP :

So how do you shoo them ?

  • “Does this seem reasonable to you?”
  • “Does what you want from me sound fair?”
  • “Do I have a say in this?”
  • “Are you asking me or telling me?”
  • “So, what do I get out of this?”
  • "Are you expecting me to do this?"

When you ask such questions, you’re putting up a mirror, so the manipulator can see the true nature of his or her ploy.

Truly pathological manipulators (such as a narcissist) will dismiss your questions and insist on getting their way. If this occurs, apply ideas from the following tips to keep your power, and halt the manipulator

the manipulator will often also expect an answer from you right away, to maximize their pressure and control over you in the situation.

You can win the situation simply by saying:

“I’ll think about it.”

Meanwhile , you will see the pros and cons of a situation, and consider whether you want to negotiate a more equitable arrangement, or if you’re better off by saying “no,”

Know How To Say “No”―Diplomatically But Firmly

Remember that your fundamental human rights include the right to set your own priorities, the right to say “no” without feeling guilty, and the right to choose your own happy and healthy life.

Set consequences :

When a psychological manipulator insists on violating your boundaries, and won’t take “no” for an answer, deploy consequence.

The manipulative individuals have four common characteristics:

  1. They know how to detect your weaknesses.
  2. Once found, they use your weaknesses against you.
  3. Through their shrewd machinations, they convince you to give up something of yourself in order to serve their self-centered interests.
  4. In work, social, and family situations, once a manipulator succeeds in taking advantage of you, he or she will likely repeat the violation until you put a stop to the exploitation.

I don't study because

We all have our reasons for not studying. I have immense respect for people who at least have the decency to make up stupid reasons for not doing something.

1."No one is studying, don't be a rebel."

2."Everyone is studying. Don't follow the herd. Do something different."

3.On the last day of studying : You're too late it's over.

4.Be a spiritual person . Medicine doesn't make me spiritual !

5. I m dyslexic for medicine.

6. I am too smart to be a doctor.

7. I am great at guessing work . I should be a stock analyst.

8. I am great at counselling . I'd rather be a personal counsellor or own a column in a daily newspaper.

9.  I'll repeat this course next year, and ace it.

10. At 11pm ,Morning hours are best to have full concentration.

11. At 6pm , Evening hours are best to have a nap

12. At 6am , do things you are good at - night out .

13. At 3am , health is wealth , don't disturb your body metabolism .

Things I want to do before 30

O my Allah ! Time is flying away! The harder I try to grab it the faster it flies! I know that my soul rests in your fist but wishing for something ain't that bad.
I don't know if I'd be alive by the time I turn 30 , but I had live to do these things.

1.  Learn How To File My Own Taxes : My generation is a big zero at this . So I'd love to do this . As a doctor , responsible highly educated citizen , I just don't want my chin to be high, touching the sky! I'd love to see my brain calculate the tax percentages in a jiffy.

2. Save
Yes , some money and lots of lives. Not everybody is blessed with the magic wand that almighty has legally given me . So , I had love to spell some Latin , jot it down in a prescription . That's a moment of joy indeed !

3.Travel Alone
I had previously travelled alone but it was a merely 8 hour journey . I am craving for more , if it's pleasant and exciting with a spill of adventure.Traveling alone helps you understand the power of solitary harmony. Embarking on a journey where you are your own map, teaches you more about life than anything else.

4.Learn swimming
I don't want those extra flab . But I guess it's quite late to learn this. The chlorine tan, figure hugging nylon material far away from reality.

5.Learn a new language
Arabic , French ,Telugu and Tamil the un-four-gettable languages I want to learn to communicate in them.

6. Road trip with my besties
No , I don't drive . Hiring a driver should do .hehe. It's a thrill I want to experience.

7. Visit amusement parks
Atlantis , Ferrari world , wonderla , Disney world top the list . Any additions are welcome !

8. Adrenaline adventures
Jet-skying , bungee- jumping, to  kill the phobia.

9. Quit a menial job in style
Sounds filmy ! But yeah *ek ditchy moment to Banta hai!*

10. Run a marathon
Been there , but never done that . Abaya issues you see !

11.Vote
My laziness lead to failure of my voter ID card delivery and I happened to miss this memorable event of every under 20 year olds life. I want to do it before I turn 30 twice !

12.Find 7 4am friends
Yes , I don't want 1 but I want 7. One everyday !Buahaha!

13.Be at Peace With Yourself

This is extremely important. Accepting reality and moving on. I would not want to compare myself with others because my purpose in life is different.

14. Run an NGO
Or at least be an active member of one .

So far so much take care but bye!

Camouflaging - hide away

Helloj ||

Sometimes all you need is some space. A holiday .break from people , books. It’s ok to feel you need to hide away, as long as it’s only temporary. When things are bad I like to make myself a nest of cushions and duvets, I bring a picnic of foods to the nest that are easy to eat and need no cooking. I climb into my nest with a remote and watch films or TV series... I love Under10 cartoons , sarcastic comedies (my friends laugh at me, because I talk about it a lot!) My hideaway means slobbing in a corner and allowing myself to switch off.

Bye!

Blamestrong

In his book Blamestorming, writer and coach Rob Kendalltackles classic conversational cul-de-sacs:
  • The Tangle, where crossed wires lead to confusion
  • The Big Argument, where a c turns into a row
  • The Bad Place, where one gets mired
  • The Lock Down, where feelings are withheld, negative conclusions drawn and talking stops. These are the warning signs to look for, says Kendall…
    • Blamestorming: when the conversation turns into criticism. Are you sounding self-righteous? Look out for language like ‘you always’.
    • Dominatricks: someone tries to dominate the conversation. Are you finishing each other’s sentences and not allowing for other opinions? Does the conversation feel competitive?
    • Mixed messages: one of you makes wrong assumptions and draws inaccurate conclusions.
    • Have a great conversation:

      • Really listen, don’t just prepare to speak.
      • Decide what your commitment is in the conversation, for example, to have an open and honest relationship. Notice your thoughts and feelings as it goes along, but base what you are saying on values instead.
      • Stop fixing people’s problems. Give space for the person to discuss what is happening for them and only give advice when invited to do so.
      • Strive for clarity.
      • Ask what people need and say what you need.   By Elizabeth heathcote.

Early birdies v/s night owls

Took this from medical daily
Our sleep habits are genetic and can put night owls and early birds at a disadvantage. Night owls experience what scientists have dubbed as “social jetlag.” This refers to lagging behind in time during the early hours of the day, and the toll it has on a night owl’s work and social life. Meanwhile, "Early birds tend to display more positive social traits, such as being proactive and optimistic, and are less prone to depression or addictions to nicotine, alcohol, and food," Moffitt says.

These traits are actually seen in the brain, particularly in white matter. Although night owls exhibit significantly less white matter in their brains, they make up for it in cortisol levels. This stress hormone gets the body prepared to face immediate threats, which gives night owls more opportunities, and even more financial gain. “[T]hey tend to be much more creative, have been found to have higher cognitive abilities, and are known to be risk-takers,” Moffitt said

So in the battle over bedtime, does both the early bird and the night owl both get the worm? The short answer is yes. The trick is to find your peak performance times.

Yawn

Because Shit happens

An Article from economic times
: A bus powered by food and human waste.
I sooo wish this begins in India. People would leave their cars and motor bikes at home and go on a shitting spree in the city buses .
We would never fall short of fuel. In fact we would have excess fuel.

Problems like constipation, piles would not exist as people would make use of their travel time leading to regular bowel habits. Less farting , more fresh oxygen , less methane and Carbon dioxide.

End of it , India jaago India jaago!
We want these shitting wagons!

Buh bye

Search for a kick

Ouch ! That was hard but I never asked for a literal kick baby!
Jam and bread is just a usual combination. Studying hard , topping an examination is like the stale piece of bread, that's a food for thought for millions of under 16 and their parents .
But what if you set a goal that's easier to reach?
Where you have least or no competition?
Ok , I know some lazy asses there who would raise their lazy pitch high and say I am the best only at a  thing that's sleeping ,I sleep for not less than a day if not disturbed.

My fellow lazy dude / dudette . That's something which has to do with the state of mind . If you look into Guinness book of records then no competition honey , you'd want to pack your mouth with a thick plaster and think of a hideout that's the competition at lazy field.

So gliding back to the topic of today -kick.Kick in my terms is a search of activities which excite you , which make you work enthusiastically.
The only thing I dread is monotony , than anything else.

In order to kill monotony, I end up juggling new things. I may seem like a clown. But, you know clown gets the attention at least . Being normal and monotonous is so mainstream. Our city is a house for so many corporate colleges and multinational companies. We are all aware about the huge population that warms up the seats in the chilled atmosphere . So it's okay To go out of the way, once a week .

1. I am a person the kind of person , who is game to try anything! So I can't pronounce the name of the dish or have no clue what it's made of, but what the heck, let's try it out anyway! I don't know the meaning of staple. It can be rajma-chawal on Monday, Pizza on Tuesday and a delicious platter of Sushi for the lazy Sunday. Anything to challenge the taste buds right?

2. Be it bungee jumping, zorbing, white water rafting, paragliding, base jumping or even sky diving, I have them all on my bucket list!

3. Rides ! Anyday !I think it's my sole right to ignore that person for the rest of my life who says I am too young or too old for an amusement ride. I don't need such negativity. Kicking out negative people from my life is a hobby.

4.I get bored of looking the same every now and then. So I mix it up, go for a haircut, add some spice

5. The most Inspiring Bollywood dialogue of all time -Main udna chahta hoon, daudna chahta hoon, girna bhi chahta hoon... bus rukna nahi chahta! This pretty much describes my state of mind.

6. I loav playing pranks with people. The more annoyed they get , the higher I score !

7. Try pouring cold water on your face in January or a hot coffee or Maggi at 1 am?

8. I love meeting new people . Because I get fed up of oldies in no time.Even if I don't speak your language. Wait, it is better if you don't speak my language actually!

See yAh
Buh bye!

Self appreciation (Love) letter to myself

If you were to write a love letter to yourself, what would you say?
I have penned down this :
Dear Maria ,
This love letter is just one way that you are hoping to teach others to love themselves and I hope you continue and make a difference to the lives of other people. I love that you blog your journey without shame or embarrassment in the hope that it will help others.

This is a little awkward but here we go, this is a love letter to you because you need to hear this. Society tells us that it is immodest to love yourself and the marketing people of the world don't want you to love yourself but after a really shitty year, let's just go for it.

You have been through so much and I am really proud of you, you battled so hard and I am amazed that you have come through this experience a stronger person. Though at times you are frightened, angry and distressed, you have taken it all on board and made something amazing from a terrible situation. Alhamdulillah !

See the world. Explore cultures. Eat funny-sounding dishes. Experience jet-lag. Get lost in a strange land and find your way back. Just feel exhilarated.

I I Iknow you feel you have to always have a smile on your face, that you created this public face of positivity that sometimes makes it difficult to admit when you are struggling. But you have to learn let yourself be sad, let yourself cry, let yourself be angry.let me tell you , you have inculcated it in yourself for sometime now .

I love that you love your friends, that you care about them and try to be there, your kindness has been repaid 100 times over during your recovery and you are lucky to have such wonderful mates around you. I love that you want everyone to be happy but you know that sometimes you need to take some time for yourself.Don't feel secluded.

You have learnt that you need to look after yourself, that your body is the only place you have to live, that means accepting it's weaknesses and recognising when you need to stop and rest. You realise how important you are, and that you can’t help others if you are broken yourself. So feel happy , spread cheerfulness all around .

It might just be a new word a day or a complete new art. Never stop learning. Just because you are done with your degree doesn't mean you stop learning. Join e-courses or simply learn online. But keep expanding your pool of knowledge

I love that you have learnt to love your body, that you have accepted your new shape, your scars and your modified self with pride and joy. It hasn't been an easy path but your new found happiness has not only benefitted yourself but has become a role model for others. It's not easy , but not impossible , though.

I love that after a long time of feeling that your career path was lost in the woods, that you have cleared the trees and discovered these strengths that you didn't know you had. Your childhood dream of being a writer that you thought was a silly fantasy is coming true through your own hard work and you are carving your own career and making your own opportunities. And the politician dream , if Allah wills that will be done ... Medicine , yes you are taking it easy but a little effort and you will be a star . A lot of effort &you will treat people well with your magic pen and words.

I love that you are silly. That you are ok with playing the fool and know that your laughter is far sexier than any pout.I love that as you grow older and relax more, your humour grows without shame.

I love that you are learning that you can't fix everyone and that sometimes, no matter how hard it feels, you need to cut people from your day to day life who don't bring you anything positive. I love that you are learning that you shouldn't be a doormat and that 'no' is a full sentence.

I love your interests in reading , marketing , drama , composing , making different stuff , food fantasies and whatever else takes your fancy.  I love that you like these things despite others mocking you for them. You know your interests should make you happy, not anyone else.

I love that you adore kids. You know you aren't a perfect but you try your best and know that is enough. It's cute to see you relate every naughty thing others kids do to your future and wonder what kind of mum you would make. This has taught you to be more empathetic, caring and open.

You have been rough on yourself but you are learning to be kinder. I know you didn't always feel like you had people to guide you towards making healthy decisions, but that has made you the person you are and I forgive you for all the mistakes you have made along the way.

Take action. If there's something you do not like or someone is doing something wrong in front of you, don't just make a face. Open your mouth and tell them what you think. Voice your opinions.

You often find yourself stuck in a rut, following the same schedule and doing nothing new. Keep challenging yourself. Be it a new job, a new course or just doing something you've always wanted to do, set benchmarks for yourself. And then reward yourself when you achieve them!

You need to live more in the present than in your past or your future. Mistakes happen, let them go. The future is unknown. Worrying about it will only give you wrinkles. Just live in the present and enjoy each moment.

Not a smirk. Not a weak smile. A belly rumbling, body shaking laugh. A laugh that'll leave tears rolling down your eyes and a stitch in your side. Find the humour in life. Stop being so serious all the time. :)

So here we come to the end of this awkward letter of self love, all I can finish with are the words of the great Glory.

Buh bye

Take care love !

Travel Secrets The Staff Will Never Tell You

This one is Meant exclusively for frequent flyers.Second inspired article in a row... This one is from indiatimes, com
So lets start
Beware facts get yuckie one after the other!
1.

Hotel staff are paid to smile and be nice to you.

Let’s face it: You pay to be treated as royalty.

2.

The waiter’s recommendation is always the most expensive item on the menu.

Stick to zomato or anyother food critic.

3.

The receptionist claims that all the rooms on a particular floor are the same. Not true.

T.V sizes differ, so do bathroom sizes. Did you know that rooms away from lifts and at the end of the corridor tend to be narrower and sometimes smaller?
4.

7. Beware of the glasses in your room and bathroom.

Housekeeping staff have admitted to rinsing them in the sink and wiping them off with soiled linen or idle pillow cases.

5.

The housekeeping staff judge you by what’s in your suitcase and what’s in your bed and dustbin. This just adds the extra spice to their gossip.

6.
The ideal guest to them is someone who tips generously, doesn't complain and is not bossy and ungrateful. I can't say if the soup spitting anecdotes are entirely true but if you are able to piss off a service team and kitchen, be prepared for the worst.
7.
Hotel booking websites charge a nominal fee as well as slam a whole set of T&Cs. The worst part is, you get what you pay for. Booking directly with the hotel fetches lower rates, and makes way for bargaining and room upgrades.
8.

Your bed sheets and towels are not replaced until you specifically request it...

9.
You are able to unlock airplane lavatories from the outside. There is usually a lock mechanism concealed behind the no smoking badge on the door. Just lift the flap up and slide the bolt to unlock."

10.
"The pilots are served different meals and cannot share, this is done in case of food poisoning. Stealing food, even if they are going to throw it out can get you fired instantly. You can ask your supervisor, but you cannot take food.

11."I worked for Southwest as a flight attendant. Those blankets and pillows? Yeah, those just get refolded and stuffed back in the bins between flights. Only fresh ones I ever saw were on an originating first flight in the morning in a provisioning city. Also, if you have ever spread your peanuts on your tray and eaten, or really just touched your tray at all, you have more than likely ingested baby poo. I saw more dirty diapers laid out on those trays than food. And those trays, yeah, never saw them cleaned or sanitized once."

12.

Former Lufthansa cargo agent here. Do not EVER drink water on an aircraft that did not come from a bottle. Don't even TOUCH IT. The reason being the ports to purge lavatory s**t and refill the aircraft with potable water are within feet from each other and sometimes serviced all at once by the same guy. Not always, but if you're not on the ramp watching, you'll never know."
"Don't drink the water or water-based products (coffee, tea): the water tanks on an airplane accumulate grime and fungus and are notoriously hard to properly clean. Look for bottled water."

Have a great flight

Citrus & teeth

Hola people !
Read this article in prevention magazine . Worth sharing !
Nature’s candy is already sweet enough—but food manufacturers often stuff canned fruit with a ton of extra sugar. Citrus fruits packed in heavy syrup are the worst culprits, because they combine acids with a ton of cavity-causing sugar. Pick canned fruit in its own juices, or go with frozen varieties instead.
From grapefruits to oranges, citrus boasts a bevy of nutrients. But they’re also packed with acids that can strip your teeth, says Dr. Lepine. Drink water when you enjoy a citrus snack, and swap in essential oils—which have less acidity—instead of the real thing when you flavor your water, he suggests.

Tip talk life

Hele?
Everybody is here to advice you.
Mumma says be kind ,then people respect you. Cousin says look cool , people will love you . Uncle says , be rich , they all will adore you . With these little pickup lines, I'd like to add up more ...

1. The lighter is your credit card , the lesser people treat you .Welcome to earth . The credit card is everything . It buys you love , attention , fun and care .

2. Love here is like a teenagers skin . With many breakouts . Everybody has been there , had a breakup. It's physiological now.

3. Phone ! Google , I'd tell you to go hide your face . Phone is like that black thread that protects you from evil eye. It protects you from people you don't want to talk. Oh, hello ! How you doing?*excuse me , I have got a call to attend * buh bye , see you never again!

4. Good looking people look for good looking people . Ugly ducklings also look for good looking people . The pictures below speak volumes.

5 . Working for 12 hours in an overcrowded office . No you don't earn much. A guy seated on a couch with a wine glass in his left hand , and a cigar in the other earns way more than you do . Just merely by betting . I see ethical and legal issues seeping in but then a dizzy you at 7pm , stuck up in a heavy duty traffic are as likely to land up in ethical and legal issues by knocking down a pedestrian with your instalment laden four wheeler! You just can't demean people just because you are not doing it. Everybody is in the zoo , either as a visitor or as a spectator . The atmosphere , the path is the same

6.Doing nothing is much more fun

7.There are billions of us on this earth . So , you are not different . You share your face with 7 or more than 7 people on earth , talent with a million , speciality with a thousand more . That's not unique! No ! Nobody is weird! Nothing is weird ! Standing for your point even if you have to go out of your way is a strong point you have , not a unique one though!

8. The only thing worse than a public embarrassment , begging , dressmalfunction is oldage ... Too many problems , too less people to share your problems with and your life partner may graduate off at anytime , leaving you on earth with a lot of backlogs .

So far so much
See you ...soon  !

Restoration of Glory

According to the Forbes magazine, Before 2020 , it's estimated that 2 million jobs in engineering and life sciences will be open . You know why? Because , I have no idea about the world but 33% of Indian population is in the age limit of 43-50 years now. By the end of next decade , it would be cool to become a doctor again . In short , manpower will be of some value . Labour cost is going to be HUGE .
When you see around these days other options like fashion , interior designing have opened up. That industry will face gold rush , too little work , too many labourers , unemployment . And we the doctors and the engineers will get our glory back.
The figures were taken from Forbes Magazine.
Inputs and predictions were all mine . Buh Bye.

Tummy tickle

Holaa people !
I am an overthinking creature ... Who would think thrice before making friends , a zillion times before communicating with opposite gender, trillion times before a lipstick purchase , hundred times before a motor ride but when it comes to food . I am go get it kind of person .

Gone are the days where desi moms said  their daughters , the way to your husbands heart is enroute his tummy. I'd say the way to any human heart is enroute the gastric pathway .

-A yummy food is pleasing , creates a special bond I believe ,
-that's is why people serve food at business congress , make tie-ups on dinner .
-Go on dates for dinner .
-The only thing they are bothered about at a wedding is food.
-When they have to splurge its on a five / seven star hotel.
- Celebrations are synonymous to good food .

See.
All the anorexic creatures - I command - REPEL !
Buh Bye!

Attendant to a patient

Helllllloooooz !!
Rarely does life give you opportunity to switch roles . But that's the coy nature if what's called life . My medical school taught me to take history of a disease from a patient , the extreme of my knowledge was to make diagnosis about my own sufferings . But giving a history of a patient as an attendant was something I never thought I would be doing.
I thought life in a clinic was more like a coin - dual sided . Today , I realise it is a pyramid. The doctors side , the patients side and the attendant side .

The third surface :
As a medico you understand what the doctor means to say , but you just can't overlook the sufferings of your loved one . You know it's not a big deal but then to explain it to a person suffering is no less than a Herculean task . Allegedly, you are all praise for your professional relations but you don't value your blood relations. The doctor says , " come on , don't behave like a kid , you can explain them better . You know what it is , right?"
All you can do is NOD, of course doctor ! I do . But there is a yelling in the skull, who is going to explain?! They won't listen to me ! Oh god , help me lease out ...

Dealing with the nurses :
Nursing staff , the people you just can't ignore . But from within you have ego clashes ... You have worked hard with your theory but they have their strong practicals base . They will knock you down if your Armcuff goes a little right or is untidily folded . That one look and the surgeon surrenders his scalpel. They tell you the entire to do or not to do list with a tag line , the doctor will explain you. But the doctor barely has a minute to spare . Shoos you away stating , oh nothing to worry , be careful . You are petrified. Confused.

So far
This is all I have to say , see you ... Soon!

The house - thanksgiving

Dear Guest, thank you because my owner scrubbed behind the toilet for the very first time in months.

Thank you, because every bed smells fresh and clean.

Thank you, because the floor has been mopped,

the mirrors are sparkling, and the bathtub doesn’t have any laundry inside.

Thank YOU.

Sincerely,

Desirée’s House

Kicks - chases and cages

Childhood was, in many ways, a simpler, more innocent part of your lives. It was a period when your hearts were filled with hope and dreams. However, something about adulthood kills that unbridled enthusiasm of childhood. Be it giving into societal pressures around you, or be it just crumbling under work pressure, the adult you doesn't look at the things the way the 'child you' used to look at things.

If you ask me , I never really grew up. Don't believe me here is my instaLink
I want to do everything!
While the world is busy trying to look pretty , hot , sexy and what not?
There are things where its stupid to rate people on their beauty .
In my opinion , like things which you can grab and cage rather than chasing them all through your life .
Don't chase your dreams , grab them , cage them .
Its stupid to run behind wealth, because at the end of the day you will either go pompous or be taking anti-hypertensives , anti-depressants due to the position and the pressure built up .
Go discover new fields , where you have no deadline , no pressure , no competition if at all any be it healthy .
Okay that's the kick of my 21st birthday .
See you
BuhBye

Attempt-e-intellectuality

Hola!
Long time !
Here am back 21 now ! Feels superyoung ! Superwoman ! Super Healthy by the grace of almighty thanks to him only him !

New Years come with new resolutions for most of the people , to me this birthday came with a resolution , get a *kick* in your life .

So I took some time for introspection. Set up a rapid fire session in conversation with myself. I told myself to Do something you've never done . Asked,Why has your life turned so monotonous ? Why do you crave for Saturdays? Cry on Sunday nights ? Laze around on Monday mornings ? Why do you confine yourself in a group of 3 ? When you have billions of people to share and learn from ? Why do you talk about things that yield nothing!

It was my 21st year on Earth , I did nothing to be proud of .
The thought that life was not just about celebrating life but grabbing opportunities slipped out of my mind.

Now that it's back I wanted to do everything I had never done before.

Do things what people think are  not worth doing. After all mango people like me , induce fads , make  the general population believe that it's okay to have a pizza once in a while , updating a Facebook status with proper security setting is OK .

Then started my hunt . I took time out to sneak peek into the alternate world. With my buddy (smartphone) along , thought to navigate into the Wall Street zone . There's no rule to stay into one quadrant . When huge nations give you opportunities , to migrate to the other nation , visit them . Then a sneak peek into other profession and study should never be a setback.

So right now , the kick , obsession whatever you may call it is The Economic Times.

Because there is more to life other than celebrity gossips , movies , rumours , backstabbing , fashion etc .
Buh bye
