Hello !

A girl who leads a virtual and philosophical life.
She has a wise goat in her brain who takes a walk in a new quadrant of the globe everyday .
When back home from its grazing path it shares her heart with the girl whom she confides in.
The girl listens to her , gets poetic sometimes.
Someday she feels rather very informed when she gets to know about the technological advances.
Sometimes lands herself in a jigsaw situation.
Sometimes she is rather bewildered yet confident.
Spriritual sometimes , rather emotional sometimes!

Resurrection

Salam!
How will our state be on the day of resurrection?  It scares the heck out of me.
*Calm and happy? Less likely
 *Afraid and worried? Most likely
- In regrets for having lived without fulfilling the purpose..
~lost in the glamor
~taking our pictures forgetting that the pictures are haram
~editing our pictures to make our selves look better
~not paying heed to the reality that our creator made us perfect...
₹ What about the everlasting reality of the Hereafter ?
₹Or in sorrow having read dozens of books (revising Davidson is a big deal) but leaving The [QURAN] Shareef untouched ?

Passive Aggression

Hola my ladies !
Exams are running the windmill these days . All the super slim girls are turning bodacious and rhetorical . Anger , frustration and depression however top the menu. Nightmares about not clearing your exams are yet some of spices of the season .
Behavioural changes are a common phenomena . Passive aggression, you know what it is? In situations where two in a group are about to have a head on collision with one another , the other suddenly ceases midway saying WHATEVER ! Just to avoid making things  worse . Or when you say , Mumma I am going to bed just in a minute to avoid the war of words . This all adds up to passive aggression ...

When procrastination is not an option, a more sophisticated passive aggressive strategy is to carry out tasks in a timely, but unacceptable manner. For example:

  • A student hands in sloppy homework
  • A husband prepares a well-done steak for his wife, though he knows she prefers to eat steak rare
  • An employee dramatically overspends his budget on an important project.  In all of these instances, the passive aggressive person complies with a particular request, but carries it out in an intentionally inefficient way. When confronted, he defends his work, counter-accusing others of having rigid or perfectionist standards.
  • The more I went reading about this , the more I had the delusion of reference. Only to realise that my acts of clumsiness where mistook as passive aggression since my preschool .

  • Backhanded compliments :
  • The ultimate socially acceptable means by which the passive aggressive person insults you to your core.
  • There are a lot of men out there who like plump women," chances are you know how much "joy" a passive aggressive compliment can bring.

  • I was only joking 😒
  • Sarcasm is a common tool of a passive aggressive person who expresses his hostility aloud, but in socially acceptable, indirect ways. If you show that you are offended by biting, passive aggressive sarcasm, the hostile joke teller plays up his role as victim, asking, "Can't you take a joke?"
"Why are you getting so upset?"                   They are no less than masterminds at dissembling
shock when others, worn down by his indirect hostility, blow up in anger. In fact, he takes pleasure out of setting others up to lose their cool and then questioning their *overreactions*.     In a women's college I have dealt with dozens so far ... How about you?             Kbye

      Complaint sandwich

      Hello
Ladies and gentlemen ... Momma and their beta's ! May I now proudly present to you , the most effective morsel of food you have been seeking all through your life - the complain sandwich .

How do you get a blunt lad of yours to listen to your agony like the neighbouring aunty does ? Or explain your mum that you are fed up of the Bread and omelette everyday?
Here is an effective technique :

      Whip up a "complaint sandwich."
Start with an ear-opener—something that will help the recipient of the complaint become sympathetic. Add the meat—your actual request for redress of your grievances. Finish it off with a digestive—words that will increase the listener's motivation to help you. Short example: "I've been a customer of BSNL broadband for 5 years, and I've generally been happy with your service. Last month I noticed an extra charge on my account for a plan I had never asked for and I would like that removed. I would really appreciate your help with this.

For a better output : like a mayonnaise that makes it tastier :

Admit your part of the problem, if you do have some culpability in the matter. Your honesty will reflect positively on you, make your claims more believable, and perhaps even inspire some reciprocity
      ..
      And remember

Some complaints are simply not worth your time and trouble. Let them go.

      Kbye.

8 Ways to digest a secret without a burp

      Hola!

Today my mum said , the last time you wore it ,this dress seemed to be tailored perfectly but now looks like you have worn your sister's clothing. I ceased there in surprise then looked at myself and noticed that I had put on some flab and pounds . I told her not to buy materials that shrink so easy , she nodded and left . I got back to my conscience asking for her mercy. The dress has not shrunk at all , it's my weight and adipose saying hello from every possible quadrant.

      What was the reason?
The age were people were loosing 10inches in 3 months I had put on weight . Initially I

tried blaming exams , then I ain't a early bird to begin studying so early . Then , binge

eating? I have been doing that for eons .

Then ? Gulping secrets and puking them nowhere . Somebody was getting married , somebody's life was on splits , family issues , clique secrets , confidentiality , trust issues . At the end of it I realised all I was doing is fighting my own self , women self that's not designed to keep secrets . A women is bound to vomit stuff before her besties , her mom , her sister or her soulmate atleast. My case is way too aloof. I have more than one bestie , not two but many. Out of the almighty's creation it's unfair to say one is best out of the billions . Single hood - no soulmate so far. I am a person who keeps professional secrecy , so no family thing .
So I planned some handy things to do so that I don't retain them . Nobody gets to know either ! How ? Here you go !

      1.    F l u s h   it off
Yes , write it on a paper , flush it off .

      2.    Fog
This winter , Whenever in a bathroom taking a hot water bath , look at the walls ,write it with your finger on the wall . It will be a private affair . nobody but you know it

      3.  Plant it
Write it on a paper with a pencil and dig it deep. Make sure that nobody sees it.

      4.  Sell it away
While you clear your monthly newspapers and magazines write your stuff next to obituary column, nobody looks at it after its sold away .

      5.  Baby Talk
Take your niece in your lap , speak all your secrets away *
*your niece or nephew should be aged less than 10 months *

      6. Pet talk
Leaking information to your pets is also a good idea.

      7.  Slate
Chalk it out on the slate then erasing is as easy as updating your what'sapp status , may be quicker

      So far so many
      Take care
      Hope this helps
You got have to be careful before you break a promise because somebody is trusting you over everybody else in the world with the most precious thing or the most embarrassing thing that could ruin them and you just can't break the trust merely for a gossip that lasts for a moment or two . To ruin the fellow is animal but to see good for your fellow being is human. There are millions who spread secrets and rumours but it's very difficult to find a confidante .

      Caffeine - a coffin or a coughing?

      Heylo!
Morning coffee-it is the only way to get the day started for many people all over the world.

Preventing type 2 diabetes - In both men and women, increased caffeinated and decaffeinated coffee consumption is strongly associated with a reduced risk of developing type 2 diabetes. Researchers at The Harvard School of Public Health just released an evaluation (in 2014)

      Memory:
As little as 200 milligrams of caffeine enhances a special type of memory called pattern separation for up to 24 hours. When a person distinguishes the differences between two similar items that are not identical, they are exercising pattern discrimination.

Coffee consumption during pregnancy - The American Association of Clinical Endocrinologists recommends pregnant women consume, no more than 300 mg of caffeine (approximately three cups of coffee) per day. This amount is generally not associated with miscarriage and stillbirth which has an association with consuming caffeine in large quantities

      The Great Indian Dream

      IHello!
If you’re a woman into lifestyle magazines, chances are slim that you’ve never dreamed of a royal wedding.

Hopefully, you’ve wised up since those deluded Disney princess days.

But if not, you’ve come to the right place.

First things first, you’ll have to nab a prince. No point in dreaming up the dress before you’ve got your blueblood in the bag. Should your ambitions stretch further ?

      1. An ocean of other women you’ll have to swim through first. HahahA!

2.Marry a gulf royal: Prince plus oil is equal to ? You do the maths

3.A politico may be : you have tours around the world ,he'd be in slums promoting his party !

      4. Or A nizam may be ? Kohinoor ? Remember was used merely as a paperweight.

5 . Ambani heirs too are eligible!

Teeheehe ! Read a Cosmo recently and tried putting things my way. I swear I m really bad at this .
      You guys take care
      I'll take a break!
      Ok short one

      Feverish and frenzied

      Hello! My sugar candies
My friends nag me telling that I am having a sugar rush because I keep jumping around in excitement or tension !
As a hyperexcited person it’s difficult to control emotions when everyone around you is so collected and peaceful.

-It's like my body is going to explode out of happiness.

-Being overly enthusiastic is in my personality. My response just can't be blank. Just can't !

-being a part of college activity is so much fun!

-sleeping in time is climbing Mount Everest ! Impossible for a chubby chick like me!

-multitasking is fun . Reading while you eat .

-if my mind had legs , it could fetch India a gold in athletics . It runs miles over miles !

-I am expressive about anything and everything!

-it's annoying if I see people showing disinterest in things I am excited about!

      ?

      - I am brimming with thoughts!

Thank God for blogs ,papers and pens, if no one’s around to listen.

-Positivity level: 1000 Pepped up all the time!

-I am always up for trying something new! More willing than most of the people I  know.

      - MY EXCITEMENT IS CONTAGIOUS!

      Teenagers talk time

      Hey
Mom then teenagers . Wondering what's wrong with me ? Teeheheh! Family prioritisation. Read on.

It happens almost every day, and sometimes many times a day:  Teenagers are always changing.  They will change their clothes.  Their mood.  How they walk, talk or what they’re into.  Some days they just need to figure out what feels right.  Some days nothing feels right.  Being a teenager is hard.
      New stuff
Even pushed–to try new things, to take some risks, to find adventure.  Given enough opportunities for healthy adventure, they will avoid a lot of trouble.

      Alone talk time
Even the quietest ones will open up when given the chance.  Get them alone, in the car or wherever you can, and make it clear that you WANT to hear about their interests, and their lives.  Be patient, and try different times and places until you figure it out.

      Chuckle - it's humorous
This is the good stuff.  Teenagers…are hilarious.  This may be my very favorite thing about these years.  No more knock-knock jokes or bad made-up jokes that never seem to come to a conclusion.  Teenagers actually GET STUFF.   There’s hardly anything like the bond of a good laugh.
Oops : Galti se mistake hogayi
Teenagers will make mistakes.  Lots of them.  They’ll act selfish.  They’ll space out.  They’ll get insecure and do stupid things because of it.  They are going to mess up so much you’ll wonder what went wrong.  If you know it’s coming, it won’t throw you off.
t’s hard to be a teenager.  (remember?)  The world will yell and scream all kinds of negatives to you. So be their mentor their greatest fan.  Be their cheerleader.  Believe in with your heart, and tell them that you do.  Every.  Single.  Day.

      How a mom feels like

      Wired topic I know
      Hello everyone
Topic for now : How a mom feels like?
How do I know... Do I have to bear a dozen children to tell ... No!

      Blink.Married.Blink.Pregnant.Blink.Baby.Blink.Toddler . Blink blink. Teenager.

Slow down boys–I gave birth to you yesterday!
You just can't grow with this pace!

Moms love their kids at every stage, but certainly some years churn the butter out of them. Now that the boys or girls are developing into young-version human beings…It’s all will begin to make sense.  There was a purpose behind the pain.
it’s a hard world:  A good sense of humor will get your kid through many trials in life–So encourage it.

However at times it can feel like a crazy balancing act…Do they need more grace?  More rules?  Do they need space, or hugs, or advice, or WHAT!!!???  It’s ok.  Pray a lot.

      Perks of being an extrovert

      Hola !
Today  I thank the almighty whole heartedly for creating me in the extrovert mould . Why? Read on to know ...
      Health issues: mentally superb
It's said extroverts are for sure more likely to be obese.whereas introverts are prone to depression.
Journal of Psychiatric Research found 74 percent of introverts made up the depression population.
      Happy all the time !
For those who felt or acted more extroverted in daily situations were happier no matter the cultural setting.
And the introverts experience reduced psychological well-being, as well as face a higher risk for suicide.
. A more recent study found dreams about murder and killing mirror real-life aggression, hostility, and — yep —   introversion. Study authors said emotions in dreams can be much stronger than emotions people, and if introverts are having more aggressive dreams, they may be keeping their feelings bottled up.

Immunity : germs ! You guys better stay off because I am a extrovert!

The extrovert had better white cells, or immune system. And those who identified more as an introvert had a weaker immune system. This does not mean negative emotions dictate health issues
You have the feeling of both ! Mahn! You are blessed.
      Take care

      Harvesting happiness

      Hello happy face !
Happiness is circular. Happy people have happy habits, which in turn, makes them happier.
Got this from an online magazine on psychiatry . Definitely worth a read.

Here I begin my wordathon on harvesting happiness !

      1. Live in the moment!

Look around your environment and take note of one thing that you often take for granted. Bring mindful attention and awareness to it. Try to engage all your senses. Notice the positive feelings and associations that go with it. Try to hold onto this awareness for 15-20 seconds or so, to let it really sink in.

      2. Be non- judgemental !
Most people, including you, are doing the best they can with the resources they have in any particular moment.

      3. Be realistic !
You don’t necessarily have to be a positive thinker. Sometimes healthy skepticism is appropriate. Try to be balanced in your thinking.

      4.Connect to buffer
We are inherently social and have a fundamental need for belonging. Having social support is a buffer in times of stress.

      5. Resolve conflicts proactively. Treat emotional issues as temporary and solvable. Realize you can be kind without having people walk all over you.

      6.Express gratitude
Express gratitude to those who have made a difference in your life. Send a card. Write a letter. Visit in person.

      7.Focus the GOOD
This helps reorient our brains to the fact that things are actually going pretty well.

      8.Live like you're on vacation.
What makes the time we spend on vacation better than the time we spend at home? We are open to new experiences.

      9.Can't smile ? Fake it!
Studies show that if your face is in a smiling position (such as holding a pen long-ways in your mouth), it sends signals to your brain that you are happy. If you don’t want to put a pen in your mouth, simply focus on turning up the corners of your mouth ever so slightly. Imagine that even your eyes are smiling.

      10.Laugh
Laughter has been shown to lower blood pressure, reduce certain stress hormones, defend against respiratory infections, increase memory and learning, improve alertness, and increase creativity. Didn't do this to me though!

11.Simplify. Too many things, too many activities, too many choices—really too much of anything—can cause stress and decrease happiness.

Back in 2008, a US Geological Survey report estimated that as much as 22% of the world's undiscovered and recoverable resources lay north of the Arctic Circle, but the North Pole itself is unlikely to have much oil or gas beneath its deep water

      Sticking to a job

      IHaaaay!
This article from the fortune magazine made me think and smile .
Insha Allah ! I'll try to stick to it , not only through the job point of you but many other aspects of life . Here are some excerpts from the article.

If you don’t like your job you should leave. Period. Attempting to define a “minimum” amount of time to stay at a job is a joke.

Nobody should be forced to suffer at a job they hate just because it ‘might look bad’ later, because it pays well, or for any other reason. Life is a journey, not a destination. If you don’t like the journey, what’s the point? Hop on another train and keep moving.

You only live once. You owe it to yourself.

There are a few answers here attempting to establish complex rules for when it’s okay to leave. It’s all baloney. This is your life, and you don’t have to live by anyone’s rules but your own.

“Under 8 months is perceived to be terrible!”
“18 months is the socially accepted minimum!”
“2 years is better than 18 months, and 3 years is better than 2, and 4 is better than 3″

Don’t listen to any of that. If a job isn’t right for you, you leave whenever you want. Have full confidence in your decision. If a future employer asks you why you left after 2 years, 2 months, or 2 days, you tell them.

Tell them the truth. Tell them what you’re looking for. Tell them why your old job was terrible, what you learned, and why this new job is different. Stay strong. Have confidence.

If you have a spate of short stints on your resume be prepared to talk about it in detail about what lessons you learned, and how you’re not going to rush into the next job, and exactly what process you’re going to follow to determine what will be a better long-term fit going forward.

The 1 trillion $ MMR kill bill

      Heylo peoples!
      I am young
      I am 21
      I may be wrong
      I can be right
I am not trained to fight
But then I know how and when to write
I am not a politician or anyone elite
      But not any miscreant
      They call us youngistan
The wAkeup call lasts till you vote and upload a selfie online
Then you are somebody who knows nothing and needs hardly anything
Having an opinion is My birth right !
So here's my blog for today named The MMR (Muslim Mortality Riots ) headed by the Barack barracks.
The U.S. Government headed by Mr.Obama in high spirits wants to pass a bill .
The features of the bill are

-It adds emergency funding requested by President Barack Obama, including funds to fight Ebola in West Africa

This is a nice thing to do . But there are hell a lot of diseases that need way more effort and funding due to the fatality rate they have .

-Money for US air strikes against militant group Islamic State in Iraq and Syria.

Bravo ! Back to the footsteps of former president George W bush  or the Jewish controlled government . On the Muslim mortality mission (MMR). The kill bill plan . Legalised funding for a genocide ! Long live America !

      • increasing the amount an individual person can contribute to a national political party from $32,400 to $324,000

No wonder ! The elections are a blink away !

      • blocking the District of Columbia from using its own funds to set up regulatory systems for marijuana legalisation

Irony begins here ! It has to pass a bill to stop Columbia from using Marijuana but no bill just a common agreement is enough to begin bombing the asio-African nation ! Great going bro!

      • blocking certain Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) regulations

      • increases in the budget for Wall Street regulation agencies, including the Securities and Exchange Commission.

the deal did not go far enough in putting curbs on President Obama's plan to grant work visas to millions of workers who had entered the US illegally.

      Wedding bells

      Hello people
To all my fellas desperate enough to get married - here are  some facts direct from the members of marriage association ;)
If you are okay with these happenings , then wave the green flag and get set go !

Someone’s company 24X7 can annoy the crap out of you!

If you thought taking permission to go out from your parents was tough, try marriage!

It is the biggest gamble of your life and there’s no guarantee if you’ll sail through it.

And you’ll start to think alike eventually, whether you like it or not.
      Okay bye

      Judgemental being!

      Hello people !

Sunday special - comparison and judgmental being . So here we go !

      I am going to

      Dodge you

      Look at you

      And then judge you!

No matter how well you’re doing, you will always find someone doing better.Everyone has that cousin or neighbor who makes them feel like they’re missing out on something.

when you know how your brain works, you know that theydidn’t “make” you feel that way. You Created the feeling, and you have the power to stop it.

In every moment, you have the power to focus on the pleasure of your moves instead of on the pain of presumed shortcomings.

you know how to train your inner mammal. You’ve trained it not to eat every pizza you see, or mate with every attractive stranger you pass.

If it’s so easy, though, why is it so hard? Because you have to do it again and again and again. Your inner mammal will start checking people out a minute after you’ve decided no to. If you don’t keep re-directing it, you will end up convinced that “they” are judging you.

It feels scary at first. When you feel like the world is judging you, you want to judge it right back to feel safe. Your brain chemicals create a huge sense of urgency, and your verbal cortex rationalizes it with fancy theories.

You get a nice serotonin feeling when you applaud your superior sensitivity. But you are still busy comparing and reacting. You will notice someone who rates higher on your personal scorecard, and your cortisol turns on. It will feel like your survival is threatened, so your brain will seek the one-up position again to feel safe.

      The Halo effect

The halo effect causes beauty to drastically color your perception of all other traits. If you think someone is beautiful, you are also likely to assume they’re smart, ambitious, interesting, etc. We’ve all made these assumptions before, for good or ill.

To see and judge a face as beautiful is to experience a tempest of brain activity
      The research:

A study to see just how beauty elicits the halo effect. The subjects, however, were told that the study was focused on first impressions. Each person received three envelopes containing three photographs that the researchers had rated on a scale of attractiveness—highly attractive, average, and not so attractive.

The subjects had to look at the photographs and then judge 27 different personality traits. They had to determine which person in the set of photos possessed traits like altruism, stability, etc. Then they had to judge whether these people were happy, along with their marital, parenting, and career status.

The results? With nothing but a picture to base their judgments, participants judged that highly attractive people possessed most of the positive traits, and possessed them more strongly, than others. They were also seen as happier and more successful, as better parents and as holding better jobs.

      Wow.

All of these assumptions were determined from one picture. But it makes sense, because humans are always predicting, always going beyond what’s at face value. This is like seeing someone wearing black-framed glasses and thinking they’re sophisticated, smart, or nerdy, when all they’re doing is wearing glasses. If they happen to be smart or nerdy, this impacts our memory and in turn how we begin to label others wearing similar glasses.

You Expect more from pretty people well before you know anything else about them, and when they fall short of your expectations, you give them more of a chance to prove themselves than you do people less symmetrical or slender or muscle-bound or bosom-heaving or whatever cultural or era-appropriate norms of attractiveness are woven into your perception.

Much of our self-esteem and what we believe to be beautiful is diluted by the media. Without self-awareness, we can be pulled left and right in search of what’s beautiful and acceptable.

      Introspection

Yeah I m all idle . I have this self created rapid fire round !
      • What is my goal?
      • What did I think it was going to cost to reach this goal?
      • What are the additional costs I’m now aware of?
      • Am I blaming others for these extra costs?
      • Is it truly their fault?
      • Is it worth taking on even more costs just to teach them a lesson?
      • Do I have too many options?
      • Should I find a way to limit my exposure to new options?
      • Are there ways to reduce the costs of reaching this goal?
      • Is it time to abandon this goal?

      Know your rights

      Heyloo peepals !
      Left /right wrong /Right duty/ right .
Society is full of people who don't respect your rights and are busy making their wrongs into rights by creating havoc in your happy life .
But YOU have the authority to tell the manipulator that it's your life not theirs , YOU have the POWER , you are in charge of your life.
