Citrus fruits packed in heavy syrup are the worst culprits, because they combine acids with a ton of cavity-causing sugar. Pick canned fruit in its own juices, or go with frozen varieties instead.

From grapefruits to oranges, citrus boasts a bevy of nutrients. But they’re also packed with acids that can strip your teeth, says Dr. Lepine. Drink water when you enjoy a citrus snack, and swap in essential oils—which have less acidity—instead of the real thing when you flavor your water, he suggests.

Mumma says be kind ,then people respect you. Cousin says look cool , people will love you . Uncle says , be rich , they all will adore you . With these little pickup lines, I'd like to add up more ...

1. The lighter is your credit card , the lesser people treat you .Welcome to earth . The credit card is everything . It buys you love , attention , fun and care . 

2. Love here is like a teenagers skin . With many breakouts . Everybody has been there , had a breakup. It's physiological now.

3. Phone ! Google , I'd tell you to go hide your face . Phone is like that black thread that protects you from evil eye. It protects you from people you don't want to talk. Oh, hello ! How you doing?*excuse me , I have got a call to attend * buh bye , see you never again!

4. Good looking people look for good looking people . Ugly ducklings also look for good looking people . The pictures below speak volumes.

5 . Working for 12 hours in an overcrowded office . No you don't earn much. A guy seated on a couch with a wine glass in his left hand , and a cigar in the other earns way more than you do . Just merely by betting . I see ethical and legal issues seeping in but then a dizzy you at 7pm , stuck up in a heavy duty traffic are as likely to land up in ethical and legal issues by knocking down a pedestrian with your instalment laden four wheeler! You just can't demean people just because you are not doing it. Everybody is in the zoo , either as a visitor or as a spectator . The atmosphere , the path is the same

 

6.Doing nothing is much more fun 

7.There are billions of us on this earth . So , you are not different . You share your face with 7 or more than 7 people on earth , talent with a million , speciality with a thousand more . That's not unique! No ! Nobody is weird! Nothing is weird ! Standing for your point even if you have to go out of your way is a strong point you have , not a unique one though!

8. The only thing worse than a public embarrassment , begging , dressmalfunction is oldage ... Too many problems , too less people to share your problems with and your life partner may graduate off at anytime , leaving you on earth with a lot of backlogs .

Restoration of Glory

According to the Forbes magazine, Before 2020 , it's estimated that 2 million jobs in engineering and life sciences will be open . You know why? Because , I have no idea about the world but 33% of Indian population is in the age limit of 43-50 years now. By the end of next decade , it would be cool to become a doctor again . In short , manpower will be of some value . Labour cost is going to be HUGE . 

When you see around these days other options like fashion , interior designing have opened up. That industry will face gold rush , too little work , too many labourers , unemployment . And we the doctors and the engineers will get our glory back.

Tummy tickle

Holaa people !

I am an overthinking creature ... Who would think thrice before making friends , a zillion times before communicating with opposite gender, trillion times before a lipstick purchase , hundred times before a motor ride but when it comes to food . I am go get it kind of person . 

Gone are the days where desi moms said  their daughters , the way to your husbands heart is enroute his tummy. I'd say the way to any human heart is enroute the gastric pathway .

-A yummy food is pleasing , creates a special bond I believe , 

-that's is why people serve food at business congress , make tie-ups on dinner . 

-Go on dates for dinner . 

-The only thing they are bothered about at a wedding is food. 

-When they have to splurge its on a five / seven star hotel.

- Celebrations are synonymous to good food .

Attendant to a patient

Helllllloooooz !!

Rarely does life give you opportunity to switch roles . But that's the coy nature if what's called life . My medical school taught me to take history of a disease from a patient , the extreme of my knowledge was to make diagnosis about my own sufferings . But giving a history of a patient as an attendant was something I never thought I would be doing. 

I thought life in a clinic was more like a coin - dual sided . Today , I realise it is a pyramid. The doctors side , the patients side and the attendant side .

The third surface :

As a medico you understand what the doctor means to say , but you just can't overlook the sufferings of your loved one . You know it's not a big deal but then to explain it to a person suffering is no less than a Herculean task . Allegedly, you are all praise for your professional relations but you don't value your blood relations. The doctor says , " come on , don't behave like a kid , you can explain them better . You know what it is , right?" 

All you can do is NOD, of course doctor ! I do . But there is a yelling in the skull, who is going to explain?! They won't listen to me ! Oh god , help me lease out ... 

Dealing with the nurses :

Nursing staff , the people you just can't ignore . But from within you have ego clashes ... You have worked hard with your theory but they have their strong practicals base . They will knock you down if your Armcuff goes a little right or is untidily folded . That one look and the surgeon surrenders his scalpel. They tell you the entire to do or not to do list with a tag line , the doctor will explain you. But the doctor barely has a minute to spare . Shoos you away stating , oh nothing to worry , be careful . You are petrified. Confused.

Dear Guest, thank you because my owner scrubbed behind the toilet for the very first time in months.

Kicks - chases and cages

 Childhood was, in many ways, a simpler, more innocent part of your lives. It was a period when your hearts were filled with hope and dreams. However, something about adulthood kills that unbridled enthusiasm of childhood. Be it giving into societal pressures around you, or be it just crumbling under work pressure, the adult you doesn't look at the things the way the 'child you' used to look at things.

I want to do everything!

While the world is busy trying to look pretty , hot , sexy and what not?

There are things where its stupid to rate people on their beauty .

In my opinion , like things which you can grab and cage rather than chasing them all through your life .

Don't chase your dreams , grab them , cage them .

Its stupid to run behind wealth, because at the end of the day you will either go pompous or be taking anti-hypertensives , anti-depressants due to the position and the pressure built up .

Go discover new fields , where you have no deadline , no pressure , no competition if at all any be it healthy . 

Okay that's the kick of my 21st birthday .

Attempt-e-intellectuality

Hola!

Long time !

Here am back 21 now ! Feels superyoung ! Superwoman ! Super Healthy by the grace of almighty thanks to him only him !

New Years come with new resolutions for most of the people , to me this birthday came with a resolution , get a *kick* in your life .  

So I took some time for introspection. Set up a rapid fire session in conversation with myself. I told myself to Do something you've never done . Asked,Why has your life turned so monotonous ? Why do you crave for Saturdays? Cry on Sunday nights ? Laze around on Monday mornings ? Why do you confine yourself in a group of 3 ? When you have billions of people to share and learn from ? Why do you talk about things that yield nothing!

It was my 21st year on Earth , I did nothing to be proud of .

The thought that life was not just about celebrating life but grabbing opportunities slipped out of my mind.

Now that it's back I wanted to do everything I had never done before. 

Do things what people think are  not worth doing. After all mango people like me , induce fads , make  the general population believe that it's okay to have a pizza once in a while , updating a Facebook status with proper security setting is OK .

Then started my hunt . I took time out to sneak peek into the alternate world. With my buddy (smartphone) along , thought to navigate into the Wall Street zone . There's no rule to stay into one quadrant . When huge nations give you opportunities , to migrate to the other nation , visit them . Then a sneak peek into other profession and study should never be a setback.

So right now , the kick , obsession whatever you may call it is The Economic Times. 

Because there is more to life other than celebrity gossips , movies , rumours , backstabbing , fashion etc .
