Hello !

A girl who leads a virtual and philosophical life.
She has a wise goat in her brain who takes a walk in a new quadrant of the globe everyday .
When back home from its grazing path it shares her heart with the girl whom she confides in.
The girl listens to her , gets poetic sometimes.
Someday she feels rather very informed when she gets to know about the technological advances.
Sometimes lands herself in a jigsaw situation.
Sometimes she is rather bewildered yet confident.
Spriritual sometimes , rather emotional sometimes!

Changing circumstances...

A friend of mine forwarded this...Not an emotional type of stuff but yes its quite contemporary !

Stay away from the evil friend as much as possible, because a bad friend is worse than a poisonous serpent. A snake bites only on one's life but an evil friend attacks not only the life but also one's faith.

Considering the current social atmosphere and circumstances, one shouldn't make more than necessary closeness with anybody, as it doesn't take much time for the circumstances to change. Being a confidant, that person will give much trouble.

Similarly, if some time there is enmity with someone, keep it light don't make it too serious. Don’t cross limits. Perhaps that person may become your friend later and you regret it.

Enjoy and let enjoy!

Distractions! Can one avoid them ?

////As I told you I read through many  articles mainly dealing with the Gen X, here is yet another one..

Virtual distractions due to FB and other social networking sites is a common problem while studying.
Chatting is a pastime and kids love them !Here are so called suggestions and my opinions over it .Enjoy reading!
1.Keep your computer away!
The so called best way according to the writer of this article is to ensure that you are not seated anywhere near the computer or laptop .That way you willnot be tempted to log in.Plan a break with your friends so they are online at the same time and for same duration. This way you are compelled to stick to the timings. Above all , in the timetable that you make for yourself slot a very small span for going online ; that way even if you exceed your time limit.
 + Points:

  1. This is good as staying away from the thing you like ,helps you thinks about other things and work towards other priorities in life...
  2. Its comes out to be great when you ask your friends to login the time you lime them.
-Points:

  1. But staying off from your addiction is not an easy task to take up . Gaining full concentration over other topics is not easy but yet a good step.
  2. This is merely very difficult for a teenager like me. First of all ,How many of us can stay away from our systems for 'not getting distracted'.
  3. Your friends can surely login on a given time while if they are greater addicts they cannot let you log out so early ,and it gets quite tougher if your friend is a talkative creature.
  4. Its really hilarious for someone to be online at the same time and for same duration.

2. Study interesting topics:

I m in a hurry and I guess the side heading itself is sufficient to explain..
Look , we are given these typical lectures by our concerned teacher , but it hardly effects us.
This is a typical thing but can't  keep you fixed for a long time.

3. Pursue your hobby:
The writer says that the first way to avoid virtual distraction is to discontinue internet @ home ! This is the limit! I bet that the writer definitely is not a net user but surely a book worm!
Chatting is a pastime and kids love them because nowadays hobbies like reading or writing whi
ch one should practice during leisure is waning away..
Schools can play a role in this regard by trying to keep students occupied with homework or
projects. Teachers can divide students into group and give them projects to do .

I better get lost now as I guess  I have been talking for too long since now!
HAVE A glorious day ahead !

! ! !Nerds ! ! !

book is a set or collection of written, printed, illustrated, or blank sheets, made of paperparchment, or other various material, usually fastened together to hinge at one side.A lover of books is usually referred to as a bibliophile, a bibliophilist, or a philobiblist, or, more informally, a bookworm.
After a really very long time I had got the time to look into the newspaper where  I found really very many topics to discuss...
First I had read about various views of student community over the creepy , clumpsy  yet discreet living beings namely "NERD".The nerd here was described in the following way in the newspaper.
Nerds are mostly people who love books and be in their teachers goodbooks. They are mostly people who dislike whiling away the free time in school. They are serious by nature and hardly indulge in pranks or talking too much.
I could agree to the definition as to what kind of people can actually be called as the four letter word. Then this was not all they wrote , there was something more I found which though cleared many doubts of mine yet created many as apprehensions as well!
CHARACTER SKETCH -Check out if you are one among them

  •  THE LOOKS:

The classic look of a nerd comprises of :
  1. BIG spectacles ,
  2. Well combed hair,
  3. properly tucked in shirt
books in hand

  • TRAITS

      1. The stereotypical nerd is intelligent but socially and physically awkward. .

They are so much into books and careless about looks and anything else.

                                                       THEIR OPINION
The world outside looks very bleak and out of reach to them.
Even the conversations that a nerd indulges in are very manipulative or rather done only to achieve something.
             THEIR LOVE
Nerds are always the ones sitting on the front benches ,with all books completed ,asking the teachers hundreds and hundreds of doubts for just catching up the teachers attentioN...
WHERE CAN YOU FIND THEM
They can be easily found sitting on the front benches. During free periods they can be found on the front benches.
During free periods they can be found in library

Fame on a sarcastic note

This is how it happens...
You try become like them irrespective of your profession ,morals etc..
A wrestler or an actor ,a mountaineer , an eskimo , a beauty queen or whatsover...

You dont even worry about the consequences...

 You struggle like hell............

Later you are confused.....

So work hard ...with an aim which fetches you much of satisfaction rather than fame. Fame comes to those who work with satisfaction and not to those who work for fame.....

Let it breeze ! Let it rain

A moment back when I was busy reading short and fastidious stories in  my discreet yet talkative friend ,Tinkle comics ,I  came across few questions and facts related to them. Two of them were related to rain so I couldn't stop my itchy hands and mind from blogging about this.
The Niagara Falls flow throughout the year, without going dry even when there isn't any rain.howz that?

  1.    So my discreet yet informative friend explained that the falls constitute of 2 waterfalls  on either side of the American border .
  2. The Niagara river  and Lake Erie constitute the water mass of the Niagara Falls. It continues to have water throughout the year as summer doesnot dry up the huge water mass.

  •  In winter, the severe cold turns the water to ice making it appears dry .

  • On few occasions ,tthe waterfall over american falls was totally blocked by ice and ceased to fall. But only once, from March 1848 has thus happened to the much larger Horse -shoe falls.

Umbrellas are made of cloth how do they protect us from rain?

    •    This is possible because of the property of surface tension.
    • Thin films of water cover each  and every gap b/w the weaves of the cloth .
    • The gaps are so small that the surface tension is adequate and so the rainwater finds it difficult to penetrate the film .
    • The second property is that the water flow takes the path of least resistance.
    • The dome shaped structure of the umbrella lets the rainwater flow down the slope
    • .Water cannot accumulate and penetrate the water film .
    • You can experiment by holding the umbrella upside down and see what happens -see how long the film can resist  as the rainwater accumulates in the umbrella cup thus formed.

My view! ...Which you never knew!
Honestly , speaking I never got such kind of doubts over any science . It might be due to my hatred towards physics lor  my affection towards the literature . Whatever it is ,I felt it was informative. But I couldnot control my goat from grazing off at certain places like the following:

    • The countries like the U.S.A. and Canada which have really scarce population are blessed with the largest group of the freshwater lakes whereas developing nations in Asia inspite of having much more lakes and rivers have millions of people who are deprived of drinking supply .
    • This is mainly due to the disproportion b/w the people and the water ther ,claims some of the environmentalists< envi Ron Mental ists>. Many of the people reading this may be of the same category but I literally mean the word.
    •  I ain't demeaning the cause but noway supporting it with a flag in my hand shouting 'Save the earth ' where the poster has a globe with a tear rolling off from its so called eye.
    •  Blaming is  really an easy game where you can casually pick a problem and protest saying that this could be better if that had not occured etc etc..In fact one must face the challenge and end up finding a solution and paleeeeez no blame game!

    REVERSE OSMOSIS"

    •  Science has spread its feathers in every phase of life and we still are in the pre-historic age where we hardly had knowledge and technology .For example, reverse osmosis mechanism is used in Gulf countries to make the hypertonic saline seawater into hypotonic fresh pure water. There are many such mechanisms where you can obtain drinking water from saline water.

The chronicles of clueless writer II

Can one induce his/her taste into other ? Yes , one can .Even I was like few of you over here who think this is idiotic till the last time I had the chocolate which I hated when I was a kid ! MILKYBAR! The moment I would watch the advertisement I always used to let loose the goat in my mind to search for the freaky cow which delivered milk chocolates , so that I also could have one ! But my goat as usual got lost somewhere and came with the news of a buffalo which milked black milk..Yes, black milk which we otherwise called as Cadbury..As I  didn't want my goats labour to go to dogs..I reluctantly had one.Though it didn't hurt my tastebuds but it couldn't tickle them either.

One fine day, my goat got lost  as usual and told me that it had seen the white freaky cow. I wasnot excited as I  no longer wished to either owe it or watch it. The very next day I saw my brother having the same MILKYBAR. I reluctantly tasted this too...To my fascination it was the best chocolate I ever had! So milky< milk now is my fav drink by the wayh>,so sweet,mouth-watery,in short it was simply awesome.! <3 !

Now I hardly ever have the black milk <cadbury>.Its only the White milkybar thats reigning over my tastebuds ... Sharing has become a bad job to me .I don't even care who is looking at me when I'm with my bar! I actually don't  know whether this induction is a boon or a bane! Whatever it is ...its yummy!

    Chronicles of a clueless writer

The basic idea of this blog was obtained from a narration I read from my Hindi Text Book.It taught me that it is not the subject that the literature requires , it basically the no.of  readers , the humour or the criticism it requires!
Though I cursed him for burdening us for the lesson then , I actually got what we call a LESSON  out of it!

I'll start up with an actual instance that happened while I was off to shop my junk at the supermarket. It all started when I enter the junk zone and shopped whatever I felt like eating then. After shopping my desired stuff which was concoction of all noodles ,soups n all..I reached the counter there and I had only 50 rupees left after shopping.

I casually turned around and realised that I had missed THE ICE-CREAM SECTION!

Yeah! Ice-cream section! I asked the cashier to wait a sec and rushed towards the creamsection only to c that the tooty fruity icecream was on 1+1 offer but the cost was Rs.139/- With my head hung down I went to the cashier asking him to proceed with the billing! Then I saw the soups had noodles free with them I firmly asked the cashier "Where are the noodles which I was supposed to receive along with this ?" The man angrily turned and said "Ma'm Look into your polythene cover ,I already put them into it !".I shook my head and rushed out with my Li'l bro accompanying me..
